Wine sort
Luxembourg has a celebrated winegrowing region with a long tradition. It is chiefly known for the white wines grown here on the banks of the Moselle, which bear the names of the different varieties of grapes.

ElblingElbling
Cultivated in the region since the Gallo-Roman age, this wine has a typical acid flavour which enhances its light, very fresh quality.

The most commonly drunk wine in Luxembourg, easily recognisable for its pleasing sweetness and fragrant bouquet.
AuxerroisAuxerrois
A robust wine, with a firm bouquet, and one that keeps well. Elegant and fruity, it has body and specific aromas.
Pinot BlancPinot Blanc
Derived from successive mutations of Pinot Gris, it is elegant, fresh and smooth.
Pinot GrisPinot Gris
Derived from successive mutations of Pinot Noir, it is a very fine wine, with a sturdy, spicy and pulpy texture.
Pinot NoirPinot Noir
Originating from Burgundy, this wine used for the production of rosés is distinguished by its fruity savour and elegant bouquet.
RieslingRiesling
The «king of wines» is recognised and esteemed for its delicate fruitiness. Dry and full-bodied, it is a very rich wine with a generous, fruity bouquet.
GewurztGewürztraminer
Very racy, dry and yet mellow, this wine charms both the nose and the palate with its distinctive aromas.
